Welcome to Guided Imagery!
My name is Shannah (Hint: rhymes with banana), and I'm a Somatic Mindful Guided Imagery Trainee - or SMGI® for short.
If you're on the cusp of learning about yourself or craving a sense of groundedness, you are in the right place. There's a natural anxiety that comes with uncovering parts of ourselves that hold old memories, patterns, or even dreams we've had since childhood. It can be daunting and exciting all at the same time.
My hope is in our time together, your mind feels more at ease and your trust within your journey feels a snap away. It takes courage to slow down and listen to ourselves and the amazing part is, we don't have to do it alone.

What it is and Where it Started:
SMGI®: Interactive storytelling using your imagination to meet your ideal self; clear clutter from old habits; Connect to wisdom and begin living a more desired way of life.

A Normal Session:
First half (30 Minutes) - Discuss life, how it's going, and what you ideally want to accomplish during the session
Second half (60 Minutes) - Guided inward, first connecting to your body and breath. We then will journey -using images as they come- to connect, release, or integrate parts of ourselves needing to be heard, let go of, or evolved.


Outcomes:
- Reconnection to versions of you that need attention: i.e. Your younger /past self, future self, and wise self
- Relief from laying old memories, beliefs, and patterns to rest
- Courage to believe in your desires and becoming the person you ideally want to be
- Goundedness in your values, inner resources, and who you are
